The NS Lehigh Line Railroad Feed is bought for you by the Phillipsburg Union Tower and NS Lehigh Line OS Group.
This feed is located directly adjacent to the NS Lehigh Line in Alpha, NJ. The NS Lehigh Line is Norfolk Southern’s portal for freight traffic to the eastern ports of New Jersey. The line sees about 20-30 trains daily with a majority being intermodal traffic. On this feed, you will hear the NS Lehigh Line and Portland Secondary, along with Chesapeake and Delaware’s Bel-Del and Dover & Delaware Railroads.
The Bel-Del can be heard running regular excursion trains on weekends symbolled starting with the number 500 and counting up with each train run. Feed regulars will also pick up the NS DED (dragging equipment detector) at MP 68.8 in Bloomsbury, NJ. This detector is a clue to there being a nearby train and is relied on by local railfans to act as a heads-up.

When posting a query and adding an image, please note the following:
* It should be avoided to include images that are too broad. Not every user will have a widescreen monitor and broad images can result in having to scroll from left to right to read the texts. The recommended maximum width is 600 pixels.
* If you use [ img ] tags to include images in your post, remember that the link will be broken as soon as:
- the image is deleted from the remote server;
- the image on the remote server is renamed;
- the remote server is down.
- The webmaster cannot always repair broken links. The original poster will have to do that him/herself and needs to keep in track of images (s)he placed in the forum him/herself.
* Please, place images in the message itself rather than just providing links to (internet pages with) the images. For practical reasons, it is better to have the actual images in the thread discussing a matter rather than having them in separate windows.
* Please try to keep the number of queries per thread restricted to one or a number of related queries at most. It confuses the reader if two or more elaborate discussions start on different subjects in the same thread. Conclusion
If at any time, administrators of this site find breaches of this Code, the member in question may be addressed. In case that a member does not follow this Code and is unwilling to edit his posts or adjust his/her future behavior accordingly, the administrators may take appropriate actions. This can range from editing or removal of posts by administrators to outright banning of offending members. At all times this site reserves the right to edit posts in case of faulty/broken links or anything else that hampers other members to use the forum properly.
